We serve the housing sector and provide a wide range of benefits to the communities within the localities we serve. We work closely with clients, their customers, supply chain partners and the wider community to make a measurable difference. We have very clear plans, with a focus on offering comprehensive property related Compliance, Fire Risk Assessments and Surveying. We strongly believe in employee ownership and engagement, along with using our experience, to offer something unique and different, in a sector where there is opportunity to bring bespoke solutions.

Our distinctive proposition delivers tangible value creation to achieve public good and a provide a valuable role in helping create a strong, sustainable and socially inclusive environment.

Through a consortium of employee-owned businesses, HomeSite Group CIC provides services in distinct geographical areas of the UK, delivering Repairs & Maintenance, Building Safety Compliance, Voids and Capital Refurbishment programmes. Through this innovative model, each contracting business can have a stake in the Homesite Group CIC Board and vice versa, along with our clients if they wish to participate.

Through scale and combining many items, we utilise the economies of each of the participating businesses to offer both advantageous cost benefits, but more importantly the depth to have and strong support functions, which individually are unaffordable, and restrict opportunity for all and limit areas of operation at every level.

Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Surveys

Our fire risk assessments are carried out by qualified and competent Fire Risk Assessors who hold the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment. This advanced qualification demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of fire safety principles, legislation, building construction, fire protection measures and the practical assessment of fire risk.

Our assessors have the knowledge and experience required to undertake detailed fire risk assessments across a wide range of residential and commercial properties. Each assessment is completed methodically, identifying potential fire hazards, evaluating existing fire precautions and providing clear, practical recommendations where improvements are required.

By using Level 4 Diploma-qualified Fire Risk Assessors, our clients can be confident that their assessments are undertaken to a high professional standard, with a strong focus on competence, compliance and the safety of building occupants.
