HomeSite Group CIC is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially astute individual to help shape, develop and grow our business.
We're looking for someone who understands the social housing and property services markets, has the determination to develop commercial opportunities and wants the freedom to build and lead their own teams.
For the right individual, this is a genuine opportunity to influence HomeSite's future direction, with potential progression to Managing Director/CEO.
The Role
Working closely with our Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team, you will play a central role in developing HomeSite's operations, commercial performance and future growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business opportunities across housing providers and established national and regional contractors.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Securing, mobilising and managing profitable contracts.
Taking responsibility for operational delivery, financial performance, quality and client satisfaction.
Recruiting, building and leading your own management and operational teams within agreed budgets.
Developing the systems and infrastructure required to support sustainable growth.
Identifying opportunities for new services and geographical expansion.
The Individual
We're looking for someone who combines industry knowledge and commercial judgement with genuine entrepreneurial ambition.
You may already hold a senior leadership position or be an ambitious operational or commercial manager ready for greater responsibility.
What matters most is your ability to recognise opportunities, make decisions and deliver results.
You'll be prepared to roll your sleeves up, take calculated commercial risks and help build a successful business without relying on the extensive support structures of a large corporate organisation.

As HomeSite Group CIC continues to expand its property maintenance, complaince and operational delivery capabilities, we're keen to hear from experienced tradespeople and operational professionals interested in future opportunities.
Our developing services include responsive repairs, planned maintenance, property refurbishment, heating systems, compliance works and wider property improvement programmes.
We would particularly welcome interest from individuals experienced in:
Plumbing, heating and gas engineering
Electrical installation, testing and maintenance
Joinery and carpentry
Plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
Multi-skilled repairs and property maintenance
Kitchen and bathroom installations
Void property refurbishment and planned works
Supervisory, planning and operational coordination roles
